Under the administrative direction of the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Executive Director for Real Estate is responsible for leadership and oversight on all Washington State University real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions; long-term leases and ground leases, acceptance and management of endowment properties, and development and execution of privatized development projects. This position advises University leadership and implements strategies relating to the sale, acquisition and leasing of University real property. In addition, this position provides both oversight and assistance for property transactions at all WSU campuses and non-campus leases.
