Kootenai Health is seeking YOU - a dedicated and skilled Contract Manager. Are you ready to start your new, growing career?
Check out the Job: You will manage new and existing contracts to ensure terms are favorable to the organization. You will advise on critical contract negotiations ensuring all liabilities and risks have been covered. You will prepare request for proposals and advises on vendor selection and negotiates contract specifications and contractual provisions with vendors. You will be responsible for preparation and verification of contracts and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract package. You keen attention to detail will come in handy as you review submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and organizational policy. You will establish consistent contract language throughout the organization. Audits contract performance management by completing audits, vendor QBR's and rebate validation. Finds opportunities for cost savings and manages contract goals in the spirit of financial stewardship. You will be notifying departments when renewals are pending and reviews renewal proposal to figure out if an RFP is necessary. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 years equivalent experience in related field required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to professionally communicate and coordinate with a wide range of external program sponsors as well as internal management and administrative personnel. - Proven strategy planning and customer engagement skills required. - Practical experience in managing strategic vendor relationships preferred.
