As a Patient Access Supervisor on our team, you will be responsible for patient registration and assure optimal patient flow, supporting patient access staff by acting as a resource in explaining procedures, interpreting policies, scheduling, taking the weekend and after hours call, and assisting with other day-to-day problem-solving tasks. You will ensure that day-to-day operational tasks are completed and provide input into the development of departmental procedures.
To be successful in this role you will need: 1. Associate's degree; relevant experience may be used in lieu of degree 2. 3 years patient registration experience required 3. Meditech experience is preferred.
