A growing company in the Legal Administration business in Seattle is looking to add an energetic and hungry Project Manager to their team! This candidate will need to possess great written and process understanding skills. Experience working on large projects, specifically with a Big Four Firm, is a plus.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver projects Facilitate communication and collaboration between and among clients Identify and manage issues and risks as appropriate Synthesize complex information and prioritize agreements to meet tight turnaround times Capturing and recording relevant non-standard contractual clauses on an ongoing basis and maintaining the contractual documentation database Participating in research initiatives or projects requested by legal team Track, monitor and manage various agreement processes Supporting internal business partners on agreements- related inquiries/requests Ensuring that all completed contractual documentation is properly filed, stored and retrievable
Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant legal qualifications a plus Experience contract management and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail, organization and presentation skills Strongly proficient on standard software Experience working with high profile cases a plus Experience with highly confidential documents Accounting background a plus 3-4 years experience with Big Four Accounting Firm a plus Exemplary analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external clients at all levels and regions Team Player Flexible and open to accept new challenges Able to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, demanding and ever changing environment while maintaining the highest standard and attention to detail Demonstrate ability to balance client needs with policies and operational procedures; possess excellent regulatory and technical awareness in order to understand associated risks and provided innovative, risk-free and compliance friend
