A well-established Construction Company in Spokane is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team! The position offers an exciting career growth opportunity for an individual with a minimum of three years experience handling multiple projects in commercial construction.
Job Responsibilities ◦Provide and manage projects up to $5.0 million ◦Work with project teams to plan, build and effectively close-out projects ◦Provide preconstruction services ◦Secure trade partner bids and manage all trade partners ◦Responsible for project financial performance ◦Foster teamwork and a strong sense of collaboration among all project participants ◦Lead field team and interface with the home office support staff ◦Deliver safe and high quality projects with key clients ◦Assist with developing project budgets and cost estimates ◦Analyze project challenges and help develop viable solutions and outcomes ◦Collaborate with project team members to develop and execute the construction schedule ◦Collaborate with project teams to implement continuous improvement and lean strategies throughout the project delivery process ◦Build trust and respect in all relationships to uphold company's long-term reputation
Qualifications ◦Four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field ◦LEED? GA ◦Minimum three years related construction project engineer or project management experience ◦Demonstrated leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills ◦Diverse project experience ◦Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills ◦Self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional client service ◦Timberline Project Management and Primavera Scheduling experience ◦Desire to grow with our company and advance to a Senior Project Manager position
