We are seeking a detail oriented HR Assistant to assist a large manufacturing company on a long term temporary basis to cover for a maternity leave. The HR Assistant will assist the HR Director with various projects including hiring, training, reports, benefits and other administrative tasks. The successful individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to work with confidential information, be able to multi-task and have strong Word and Excel skills. Experience working in a HR department a huge plus.
