We are seeking a personable and motivated customer service specialist to join a rapidly growing online retailer. This position will act as first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for understanding and addressing the needs and expectations of visitors in order to create a positive experience. Position will be assisting customers with post order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status and backorders, working with manufacturers to successfully handle order issues. Will also provide quotes, placing orders and completing orders.
Requirements: Proven track record of soft sales (no direct or cold calling) Experience in a call center environment with high volume of inbound calls. Strong knowledge of internet and e-commerce Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Position is approximately 30 hours a week.
Must successfully complete a background and credit check.
Pay is $15+ DOE
