Spokane company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This person will be responsible for setting up customer files, data entry and Excel formatting, answering phones, responding to phone calls and emails, assisting with ordering of office supplies, document preparation and other duties as needed.
Successful candidate will have 3+ years in similar role, proficient with Microsoft Suite, excellent communication skills, works well in a detail oriented fast pace environment with little supervision. Must work well in a team but also on own.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 and pay is $15+/hour.
