We are seeking a motivated Accounting Clerk to join a large Spokane based company. The accounting clerk will be responsible for both accounting and non-accounting functions. Duties will include billing, matching up work orders, processing PO's and administrative functions.


Calculate and prepare all daily invoicing of service calls.
Enter and post all billings and payments received.
Assist with preparing A/R aging reports and follow up to ensure payments are received on a timely and agreed upon basis.
Updates and retains customer account information
Prepares and distributes Certificates of Insurance as per requests from customers.
Processes incoming payments for deposit.
Work directly with customers in regards to invoicing issues.
Investigates and resolves discrepancies with field employees and customers.
