We have a great opportunity for a Senior Payroll Administrator to get a foot in the door with an established, online gaming company in Bellevue, WA. We are looking for an employee who enjoys working in a creative environment, is willing to pick up any task big or small, and has an overall positive and driven attitude in the work place.

- Interface with employees regarding payroll related questions and issues as needed.
- Researches and resolves problems from employees and HR teams as they relate to the processing of payroll information.
- Prepares and maintains standard and ad hoc payroll reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
- Assists in the processing of garnishments, overpayments, vacation payouts, and other special payments as well as employment and unemployment verifications.
- Coordinates outsourced payroll process: bi-monthly payroll for all employees
- Routes payroll files for internal approval and final submittal for each pay cycle.
- Ensures new hire, pay change, special payment, and termination data is accurate, complete, and submitted timely for each pay cycle.
- Ensures the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, terminations, transfers, special payments, and rate changes.
- Assists with changes for direct deposit, tax withholding allowances, address, etc.
- Creates and updates annual payroll calendar and time entry cut-off schedule.
- Creates and maintains process documentation of workflow and business processes.
- Acts as the systems subject matter expert for ADP Payroll and Time and Attendance.
- Prepares quarterly tax reports and payments as it relates to payroll
- Provides audit assistance as needed.

- Provides administration oversight on expat payroll tax matters.
- Administers the company's relocation program working closely with Recruiting team members.
- Plans company morale events and assist in budget planning.
- Acts as main of contact for facilities related activities
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Monthly consolidated billings reconciliations
- Monthly HR Reporting (headcount and rosters)

Professional experience using ADP WORKFORCENOW
Proficient MS Office & Excel skills required
Minimum of 7 years' experience processing complex payroll data

Pay is $25-$30 HR
