This position will perform complex secretarial and fiscal duties ranging from routine record keeping and filing, and answering the phone, to monitoring and maintaining multiple project budgets and a variety of fiscal records.
Department staff undertake a considerable amount of fieldwork and regional travel, so the candidate hired for this position must be able to work both independently and as a member of the team when the Director and Archaeologists are on campus.
Required: at least 2 years' experience, and strong skills in computer usage, files and records maintenance, fiscal activities, and customer service.
