Kootenai Health's Heart Center has teamed together with Heart Clinics Northwest to offer high-quality diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation for heart surgery patients. Kootenai Clinic's Hand and Reconstructive Surgery is an accredited ambulatory surgery center specializing in surgical problems of the hand, wrist and elbow for patients of all ages. The total joint replacement program takes patients through every step of the total hip or knee replacement process from diagnosis and education, orthopedic surgery to rehabilitation. Kootenai's staff work tirelessly to provide surgical patients with the education and support they need, all within an environment designed to promote optimal health and healing.

6 Main - 7 RN circulator's/7-8 scrub techs = 4 relief RN's/4 relief scrub tech 1.5 core technicians , 1 dedicated charge nurse 7a to 7p Monday - Sunday 2 CVOR - Monday -Friday - 2 RN's/2scrub techs - 1- PA for every case 24/7 1 C-Section - 1 RN/1BCA A CVOR RN exists to meet the health-care needs of the CVOR patient, surgical team and others through professional collaboration. Consistently performs a variety of technical and clinical skills that insures that the needs of the CVOR patient, surgical team and others are being met. Demonstrates competency in addressing patient care issues including age specific development knowledge. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of a nationally accredited Nursing program. BSN preferred. State of Idaho Registered Nurse or licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure OR current RN licensure from a state participating in the "multistate privilege to practice" compact with Idaho. CNOR and/or 2 or more years' experience in main Operating Room required. Robotic Training preferred. ACLS required. BLS Required. Current AHA Healthcare provider, American Red Cross, AHA Health Saver or KMC BLS within 60 days of hire.
