A leading Healthcare provider in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Provider Engagement Consultant to join their team!
Work directly with providers to evaluate, suggest, and monitor the implementation of better practice processes for improved outcomes that focus on keeping members healthy. Work directly and build relationships with care providers, proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities through analysis and discussion with subject matter experts. Consult with providers to assess and recommend processes and procedures to ensure high quality and timely care to our members. Recommend ways to optimize IT tools (e.g.; electronic health records, population health management software). Ensure adequate training is available to provider teams for documentation and coding best practices for HEDIS and risk adjustment. Work onsite and remotely with clinicians, administrators, coders/billers and other operational team members, and will maintain bi-weekly/monthly operational level relationship for support and performance reporting.
Bachelor's degree or four(4) years? work experience in practice management or an administrative leadership role in a primary setting Master?s degree in related field is preferred Project management experience preferred RHIA, RHIT or CPC certified coder or auditor (CMAS) experience is preferred
