Providing a variety of construction services ranging from commercial, retail, & industrial, the ideal applicant will possess a minimum of 10 years experience and ability to establish relationships based on trust, dependability, quality craftsmanship and integrity.
JOB DESCRIPTION The Project Manager is responsible for planning & effectively scheduling work, controlling cost, and developing excellent owner/subcontractor relationships. The PM's duties included but are not limited to: - Budget preparation - Subcontractor contracts and scopes of work details - Owner pay estimates - Change order negotiations - Other project management from pre-construction to final close out.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Minimum 10 years experience in the commercial construction industry - Medical/Dental related build out experience a plus - Strong management, scheduling & organizational skills - Must have excellent communications skills - Estimating experience preferred - A Bachelor degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Building Science or Civil Engineering preferred.
