The Job: You will provide oversight and facilitate the implementation and evaluation of new value based programs; to include development of feasibility studies, coordination of work amongst a large multi-disciplinary team, organization and prioritization of tasks, leading the work of others in a matrix relationship, and providing direction in an ambiguous environment. You will call upon your expertise by being a knowledgeable authority with value based program regulations. You are responsible for project management, meeting facilitation and establishing excellent relationships with internal and external partners (e.g. physicians, post-acute care providers, etc.). You coordinate ongoing data analysis, monitors CMS deliverables and reporting, participates in presentations, and serves as the aggregator and organizer of all resources and materials in support of each program. You will assist with the development and delivery of educational materials to stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Do You Have What We Need? - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or similar field required. - Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or similar field required. - Combination of RN, BSN, MSN preferred - Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) desired. - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting required. - Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in project management, strategic planning, and data analytics preferred. - Background and experience with hospital operations desired. - Excellent communication skills including demonstrated ability to function within a matrix organizational structure environment. - Demonstrates ability to efficiently utilize appropriate presentation approaches (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, dashboard applications, etc.). - Demonstrated ability to be a productive, collaborative and valuable member of strategic teams with the ability to integrate at all levels of the organization as well as with external stakeholders.
