Kootenai Health is seeking a team-oriented, quality driven, and highly motivated Peri Operative Assistant to join our OR Team!
As a Peri Operative Assistant on our team you will perform various direct patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with patients in dressing or undressing, bathing, or eating, collecting non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathering vital signs, aiding physicians and nursing staff members with procedures if needed, and documenting patient interactions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent required. Certified as CNA with the State of Idaho Demonstrates the ability to use computer skills including keyboarding and practical data entry into data based software programs.
