About the NRT (Nursing Resource Team) Department
Our Nursing Resource Team members float to the following units: Medical, Surgical, Orho/Neuro, Oncology/Nephrology, Progressive Care Unit, as well as KBH: Adult, Youth, and Chemical Dependency. If you have specialty experience you may float to the following units: Critical Care, Intensive Care, and the Emergency Department.
· Number of Staff - 38 RN's, 2 LPN's, 40 CNA's, and 20 PSA's · Shifts: 12 hours, Days 7:00am-7:30pm, Nights 7:00pm-7:30am
About the Job
This job is undoubtedly one of the most important and most challenging jobs in our organization. The primary purpose of the Patient Safety Attendant is to perform a variety of routine care tasks under the direction of nursing staff to assist medical and nursing personnel in the observation of patients who may be disoriented, confused, or potentially suicidal.
The ideal candidate is an individual who can assist with observing and intervening to help keep patients safe while in the hospital environment.
This job is Full Time Nights.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Education · Minimum of High school diploma or GED required. · Crisis prevention training required (or must acquire within 6 months of employment.)
Help to deliver the new Dex yellow pages in the Spokane area. PDC offers flexible hours and fast electronic payment of routes five times per week.
You must be 18 or older, have a valid driver's license, and a vehicle with proof of insurance.
