We are looking for an efficient and hardworking Administrative Coordinator with 2+ years of recent office experience for a unique company in Kennewick, WA. This position will be responsible for clerical duties, heavy data entry and filing and other administrative tasks.
Duties will include maintaining the office area, filing, data entry, document preparation, and assisting with various administrative projects as needed. Great customer service experience is a must as there will be interaction with professional clients over the phone. Must be comfortable with multi-line phones, proficient with computers (MS Office), have strong attention to detail and be highly organized in their work.
Must have prior office experience Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must have Associate Degree Main duties: Answering phone calls and emails, taking registrations, heavy data entry and filing, paperwork, proofreading, and other similar administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent customer service, phone skills, and business writing abilities (emails, etc) Demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in Excel, MS Word, email, internet Excellent organizational skills Capable of multitasking and able to manage multiple projects Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent verbal, writing and problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a member of a Team Strong organizational and time management skills Professional appearance Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8 - 4PM (beginning last week of November) PAY: $12.00+ HR DOE Ongoing Temporary Position W/Strong possibility of becoming perm. Casual Office Environment
