COPES Case Manager II

Bachelor's degree in the
behavioral sciences with two to five year's related experience working with psychiatrically
impaired populations or relevant master's degree and one year
experience working with
impaired populations.

Provide clinical case management services to adults deemed eligible for COPES services within
assigned geographic areas.
Conduct multi-disciplinary
in-home assessments, determine level of functioning, develop and implement service plans that
target maintaining case
stabilization and prevent
premature institutionalization. Complete administrative duties and meet required program
deadlines. Provide
education as determined.
Network with community agencies.

Training Coordinator

Master's in Human Resources or other relevant area required.
Requires 5 yrs progressive
experience with a minimum of 3 year's providing, coordinating and maintain training programs,
preferably in a behavioral health care setting. Must be experienced in the use of MS Office, with
emphasis on Word, Publisher and Power Point. Familiarity with computer based training systems and resources a plus.

Registered Nurse - Inpatient
- Various Shifts Available

RN licensed in the state of
Washington. - Provide direct treatment services in an Inpatient setting to adults who are
experiencing serious and chronic mental disorders. RN licensed in the state of Washington.
Experience working in a
psychiatric setting preferred. Demonstrated expertise or
training in assessment,
evaluation or triage skills.
Working knowledge of
psychotropic medications, their uses and side effects.

HR Generalist

Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business or related field. 3 to 5 yrs HR Generalist
experience including experience in the analysis, design and/or
administration of compensation programs. Knowledge of
government regulations as they apply to compensation and
benefits. Strong written and
verbal communications skills
Demonstrated experience with MS Office products, particularly Word & Excel. PHR or SHRM Certified Professional (preferred)

Customer Service
Representative - HR
High School graduate or
equivalent required. One year
direct Human Resources
experience and three to five years relevant clerical experience. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (2007) and MS Word and Excel. Must be able to
operate standard office
equipment with proficiency in date-entry and ten-key required. Customer service experience and experience with the application
of active listening
techniques preferred.
