You will provide and manage direct technical and analytical support for quality data and metrics throughout the Kootenai Health network. You are responsible for evaluating, analyzing, designing and maintaining the network's quality and claims data analytical system. You will facilitate the collection and reporting of relevant clinical metrics and financial claims data in a manner that facilitates and fosters performance improvement. You will work collaboratively with systems stakeholders to modify existing programs or processes to gather and report data as necessary. You are helping to lead a high functioning team and will have exposure to all levels of the organization. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Information Science or related discipline from accredited institution or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 years' experience with clinical decision support, finance, quality and/or claims data analytics in a healthcare related setting. Knowledge of relevant IT systems (e.g. EMR, risk adjustment, disease registry and care management). Strong analytical and conceptual skills evidenced by experience developing decision support information in a healthcare setting. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications. Experience in query writing. Excellent organizational skills, ability to understand and interpret complex issues and processes to recommend actions.
