We have the experience and expertise to design and implement extensive notice programs and claims administration. In addition to our expertise designing and implementing a wide variety of notice programs, we boast industry-best infrastructure and systems!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with project data bases, spread sheets, mailing supplies, and assorted mailroom equipment.
Documenting project progress and service results based on method(s) of service (fax, email, overnight delivery, and/or first class mail) and effectively communicating results to appropriate supervisory staff.
Multi-tasking and prioritization of work assignments in a highly organized manner and following through on assigned projects to completion.
Extract and prepare data for evening noticing services.
Facilitate noticing services through fax, email, overnight, and first class service.
Assist with mailings from preparation through posting of outgoing mail.
Claims processing, data entry, and other technically oriented tasks as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous office or mailroom experience is REQUIRED
Legal industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with databases and the ability to identify and extract data as necessary
Strong overall computer and internet navigational skills
Superior Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel and Outlook), especially Excel
Ability to work quickly, independently, and within deadlines, with extreme emphasis on attention to detail
