Kootenai Outpatient Imaging is seeking a temporary Registered Radiologic Technologist to provide extra coverage in our fast paced offices.
About the KOI Radiologic Technologist Job
Under general supervision, operates x-ray equipment in support of the provision of diagnostic and/or therapeutic services to a specified patient population. May prepare and administer various chemical mixtures as appropriate to the nature of the radiology being carried out. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
·         Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a college or technical school in Radiologic Technology required.
·         Current Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.

About Kootenai Outpatient Imaging
Kootenai Outpatient Imaging is a 50/50 joint venture with Kootenai Health and Kootenai Imaging.  Outpatient imaging services include MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, PET/CT and general radiology.  Services are provided at four locations on the main hospital campus and offsite locations in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls.  State-of-the-art technology, skilled radiologists and staff working in a strong team environment create a rewarding work environment providing over 77,000 exams in 2016.
Shifts: Various shifts between 5:30am-9:00pm, depending on the role.
Shift length: 4 ten-hour shifts a week. You may be asked to float to one of the four locations to cover for fellow staff member vacations and leave.
