Great company in the Tacoma/Parkland area is seeking a Mobile Heavy Equipment Technician. This candidate will primarily be working on large service/street equipment, as well as Hydro Excavators, Jetter and Vacuum trucks. If it has an engine, wheels, and hydraulics, we'll work on it!
CANDIDATE CAN EXPECT THE FOLLOWING: - Pre delivery inspections on new equipment - Customization and accessorizing of new trucks and equipment - Warranty repairs - Billable service work - Mounting and installation of new equipment on chassis
QUALIFICATIONS: An ideal candidate would have 3+ years' experience in equipment maintenance industry. Other related industries would be heavy equipment like loaders, bull dozers, cranes, dump trucks.
1. Current and valid Class B CDL (required) 2. Supply own hand tools (required) 3. Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics (required) 4. 12 volt electrical experience 5. Multiplex system experience 6. PTO installation experience 7. Hydraulic installation and repair experience 8. Welding experience 9. Drug free (required) 10. Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
