A large employer in the Tri-Cities area is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and Board Executives.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to clerical duties, scheduling meetings, taking minutes during board meetings, coordinating travel, and working with high profile members of the community.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: An Associate's Degree or some college MUST have three years of experience in an administrative role, supporting upper level staff Computer savvy - Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel), High data entry and typing speeds, and quick to learn new CRM Excellent and professional communication skills Proven ability to use "best judgment" with the company's vision in mind
FULL TIME - M-F 8AM-5PM 6-Month Temporary Role W/Perm Possibilities PAY: $15-22 DOE.
