Provide evaluation and triage of admitted psychiatric patients at the Evaluation and Treatment (E & T) Facility. Medication administration and provide assessments, evaluation, and medication management to clients with persistent mental illness. Provide liaison and coordination between psychiatric services, PCPs, and clients in regard to medical issues. Maintain a safe working environment, including but not limited to safe clinical and nursing practices, compliance with safety protocols, etc. Complete clinical documentation.
