Financial Servicing company is looking for a Collection/Customer Service Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for all day-to-day administration of the Spokane branch including hiring, employee disciplinary actions, performance reviews, training, adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring performance and service level metrics are achieved, office security, management of local vendors (landlord, cleaning and security services, etc.), and related tasks.
Qualified candidates should exhibit a minimum of ten (10) years of financial services industry experience, preferably in banking, leasing, loan or mortgage servicing, or student loan/credit card servicing and operations. Candidates preferably maintain a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other relevant discipline; have a minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory experience; and, have relevant experience with collection and customer service functions for commercial and consumer installment loans and leases.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in an established collection, customer service or call center environment; be proficient with federal and state-level regulatory and compliance issues including but not limited to FDCPA, UDAAP, FCRA, SCRA, and related statutes; be accustomed to using and managing phone systems and leveraging data for workload balancing and to improve performance metrics; be data driven; be proficient in learning and using a variety of technology systems.
This is a permanent role and candidate MUST be able to pass background and drug test. Pay is $80,000K+/DOE.
