Kootenai Health designed an outstanding program to introduce you to our organization; it's an excellent way to be involved in the bigger picture; it's called the CNA Ahead Program.
The purpose of the program is to build a pool of CNA's who are ready to transfer into one of our many units as positions become available, reducing our time to fill and increasing patient satisfaction. This program offers a launch pad for CNA's to train in a variety of departments including Medical, Surgical, Ortho Neuro, Oncology, Progressive Care and Behavioral Health. At the end of the 6-month training, you will have the opportunity to apply to the areas you have floated to and eventually find one to call your home!
If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for keep reading.
