Spokane company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to join their team! This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing calls, resolve customer issues, training, hiring, scheduling, evaluate and provide suggestions on how to better work flow, assist in budgeting and other tasks as needed.
Successful candidate will have 5 years of supervisory and call center experience, minimum of a High School diploma, strong attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Suite, works well with no supervision and has strong ability to multi task.
Hours are Monday through Friday and pay is $15+/DOE.
