A Seattle Global Design and Architecture Firm is looking for a long-term Accounts Payable candidate interested in working for a great Finance team. -Timely and accurate input of vendor invoices -Review and post AP transactions -Review and process employee expense reports -Adhere to payment and reimbursement policies; communicate polices to staff -Coordinate payments and reimbursements with staff in worldwide offices -Process check runs -Research and resolve vendor inquiries -Maintain / implement documentation of AP processes -Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger -Maintain account work papers for AP and Employee Expense general ledger accounts -Other duties and projects as needed
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
-2 - 4 years of Accounting and/or Accounts Payable experience -Associate Degree in Accounting preferred -General ledger and job costing experience a plus -Experience with multi-company and multi-currency transactions desired -Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, remaining professional, responsive and cooperative -Full-time preferred, but part-time would be considered -Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills -Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus -Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team -Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe -Intermediate experience in Excel, including vlookup, pivot tables and formulas
PAY: $20-$24 Hourly Contract-To-Hire FULL TIME: M-F
