Location Unify Community Health at Northeast Community Center
Fill an important role in our dental front office, assisting patients and keeping the front office running smoothly. Assist patients by scheduling appointments and providing explanations and translating information (in person, by phone, or by letter) concerning the dental clinic, charges, policies, and procedures. Register patients and prepare new charts. Pull charts for next-day appointments and make reminder calls for scheduled appointments. File charts at the end of each day.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday and hours are likely to be 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Previous work in an office setting helpful. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: None. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Basic computer and typing knowledge and skills. Personable, like to work with people. Experience working in medical and/or dental offices and familiarity with dental terms and treatments is preferred.
